Founded in 2017, Morad Design specialises in creating bespoke / custom homes that reflect our clients' vision and lifestyle.

We provide high quality architectural design, planning, documentation, building approval & feasibility services across Sydney for new homes, dual occupancies (duplex), renovations & secondary dwellings.

Our point of focus is on style, function, and practicality when delivering development applications, complying development certificates, and obtaining construction certificates.

I’m Sargiz, and I’m passionate about residential design. As a sole practitioner, I prefer to be involved in every stage of the project - from the first consultation to the final delivery. This allows me to offer a personalised service that caters to each client’s brief.
My focus is on building strong relationships and collaborating closely with clients to deliver their vision. We’re not just draftsman, we take a considered design approach, exploring all possibilities to optimise efficiency and maximise the return on your investment.
Having over 15 years worth of experience in architecture, I’ve had the privilege of working with & alongside reputable architecture firms & architects, including PopovBass, AJC Architects, FJMT (FJC Studio), Urban Link Architects and MAP Architects with exposure to residential, multi-residential, commercial, educational, and urban design projects. I draw on these experiences to bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity into my own practice.
I understand the importance of designing within a budget and always aim to achieve the best possible outcome without compromising on quality. No project is too big or too small, too simple or too high-end.

Sargiz worked with our local council to clarify the development constraints applying to our irregularly shaped block and then developed a house design for us that made best use of our available space and our site's natural assets - maximising natural light, securing passive ventilation and ensuring peace and quiet.
